These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the jea9 platform and all its associated services. By visiting the jea9 website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and play on the jea9 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old — only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play on jea9.
• You must use the jea9 platform entirely of your own free will and choice.
• You must have no legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming or betting activities.
• You must register honestly under your own identity; using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Security

Creating a personal account on jea9 is required for every user. The rules for account registration are detailed below.

• Each user may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account.

• jea9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access if the user has not followed security guidelines.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jea9 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to provide documents may suspend deposit or withdrawal activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jea9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following methods for secure and fast payments:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such funds may be forfeited.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited instantly; however, processing may take a little time in some cases.
• jea9 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own terms may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the user's own name.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be completed.
• If there is an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus conditions are met.
• In the case of suspicious activity, jea9 may delay a withdrawal or request additional verification.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jea9 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions described below and the specific terms of each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳47,000.
• Wagering conditions must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

Wagering is the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. At jea9, wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering conditions are met.
• If jea9 believes a user is abusing a bonus, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• When a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• The VIP Programme offers weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers respectively.

Gaming Rules

All games on jea9 are operated on the principle of fair play. All game outcomes are independent and determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Fair Play

• All games on jea9 use fully impartial and independent RNG technology.
• In the event of a technical error, jea9 reserves the right to void that round or bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• If the result of a match or event remains pending, jea9 may determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion.
• If a technical or human error occurs in setting market prices, jea9 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 Live Casino

• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game state and bet will be verified and restored where possible.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jea9 platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — for example, repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple identities.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automation tool to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs — if you discover such an issue, notify the support team immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Collaborating with other players to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Falsely impersonating a jea9 employee or representative.
• Match fixing or betting with prior knowledge of an event's outcome (insider trading).

Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Termination by jea9

jea9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration is completed with false or incomplete information.
• If the KYC or age verification process is not completed.
• If the account is involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.

8.2 Cancellation by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team. All active bonuses and terms will be reviewed before the account is closed. If a valid balance exists, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a maintenance fee in accordance with the applicable policy. Please contact our support team for details.
